Student Video Competition
OCE's 3rd annual Student Competition will have a new feature this year. Capitalizing on the success of YouTube, this year's student poster competition will challenge OCE-funded students to showcase their research using video, animation, sound and any other components of the digital age that can make their research compelling. Digital presentations will be featured on OCE's official Facebook page as well as throughout the showcase at Discovery. |
 |
Student Awards
Skills development is a key element of OCE's Value-Added Personnel Program, and this year we have selected 15 of OCE's most promising innovators to present their research live to a panel of judges. And we will celebrate the work of our undergraduates in our Connections program, as the final teams from universities and colleges across the province compete against each other for fame and fortune. Over $15,000 in prize money will be shared among the three best presentations in each category.
The Student Program has been generously supported by Queen's University. |
