Peng-Sang Cau has served as President and CEO of Transformix since 1999, guiding the company's transition from local engineering service provider to international supplier of advanced automation systems.

Peng and her family immigrated to Canada from Pol Pot's Cambodia. Quickly adapting to a new culture and a new language, Peng graduated at the top of her high school class and was admitted to Canada's prestigious Queen's University, from which she graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

Prior to joining Transformix in 1996 as partner and VP of Sales & Marketing, Peng held sales and marketing posts at Quantum Information Resources and Lever Pond. She resides in Kingston, Ontario, where she is active in business development efforts, including the CEO Roundtable, the Kingston Technology Council, and the Kingston Economic Development Center. She also volunteers her time with youth, coaching basketball and soccer and serving as a Girl Guide Leader.
