Joanne Kviring

Joanne Kviring is currently the Executive Director of the Physicians Services Foundation, a health research funding agency established by the doctors of Ontario. She previously held philanthropic program management roles with SickKids Foundation, the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation and RBC Financial Group. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University.

Joanne is as a member of the Grant Award Committee for the Ontario Power Authority's Conservation and Technology Development Funds. Joanne is a founding partner of Social Venture Partners Toronto and chairs its Investment Committee. She also chairs a United Way of Toronto Agency Review Panel and has also volunteered with local charities including Timeraiser, which empowers young Canadians to build stronger communities through civic engagement and Community Matters, a grassroots charity providing education and training in life skills for recent immigrants.
