Damien is a Vice President with EdgeStone Capital's Venture Capital Funds. Damien has over 10 years experience working with growth companies and currently serves on the boards of Overlay TV and Protus IP Solutions. Prior to joining EdgeStone, Damien was a Manager in KPMG's Corporate Finance group where he acted as lead Project Manager on M&A, divestiture and financing mandates. Damien has an H.B.B.A. from Wilfrid Laurier University, has obtained his CA designation and is a CFA charterholder.
