Keith Thomas is a proven entrepreneur and most recently was CEO of Vector Innovations, which was successfully sold in 2006 after being backed by a number of highly regarded venture capital firms. Mr. Thomas has led a number of technology start-ups; reorganized companies at a New York based restructuring firm; managed strategy and operational restructuring projects at Booz Allen & Hamilton; and completed a number of corporate finance transactions at Citibank in the US and Europe. Mr. Thomas holds a MBA from Columbia University, a MA in Economics and a BASc in Engineering from the University of Toronto.
