Cancellation Policy
Cancellations up to and including April 13, 2012 are given a 50 percent refund. |
After April 13, 2012, no refunds are given, although substitutions will be accepted. |

Accommodation
- A special accommodation rate of $175 CAD plus taxes (13% HST) has been arranged at the Fairmont Royal York for Conference Attendees
- The conference rate will be offered from May 11 - 18, 2012 based on availability.
- In order to receive the conference rate, reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at 1-800-663-7229, and identifying yourself as part of the 'Discovery 12' group.
- To qualify for the group rate, reservations must be made by April 13, 2012.
