Kelly is Chief Operating Officer for Entomo Farms, North America’s largest insect farm raising crickets and mealworms for human consumption. Based in Ontario, Entomo Farms supplies dozens of food companies in eight countries with ingredients for protein bars, smoothies, chips, pasta, crackers, pet treats and more. Insects provide the protein and nutrient density of meat, as well as prebiotic fibre and can be raised sustainably due to their low feed conversion ratios. Kelly brings 20+ years of finance and operations expertise with a decade of work on sustainability causes at Ameresco, Zerofootprint, and now Entomo Farms. She holds a B.Sc. from Tufts University and an MBA from Stanford.
